If one party is reluctant or unable to engage in mediation then we can provide a conciliatory service to try to revitalise an uncomfortable situation and find ways forward.  Costs starting at £250.00 (No VAT).   

This is especially useful where one party perceives a bias that doesn't really exist or where one party is  struggling financially.
